The History of Car Inventions
Cars as we know them today were not created by any single person over a day. There is a huge history behind car inventions. Since the invention of automobiles the lives of people all over the world have changed for better. In the beginning automobiles were a source of excitement for youngsters as the speed and rush used to give them an adrenaline rush but eventually it became an essential part of every household. Cars were being used to drive to work and travel from one point to the other since it saved time and energy. Proper roads did not exist in the beginning but as people found it difficult to drive on dirt tracks, the governments of different countries started making roads to make travelling easier for people.
There are certain car inventions that were made after the invention of automobiles. These include disc brakes, car radios, cruise control, electric windows and other such things. Car inventions like air conditioners and air bags which are now an essential part of cars were also created after the invention of cars. Cars were created in the year 1920 whereas air conditioners in cars came for the first time in 1940 in the car called Packard.
Before car inventions, people used to hire horse-drawn carriages for travelling from one point to the other. After the invention of auto mobiles taxis came into existence and now they are hired all over the world for travelling long and short distances. With the uncountable advantages of car inventions, there are also disadvantages of the increasing number of automobiles. Cars now a days are expensive to buy and equally expensive to maintain. There is a higher risk of getting into accidents. There is also an increase in pollution due to the smoke produced by cars. People overlook the disadvantages due to the convenience provided to the because of the invention of auto mobiles.
